Living between Brooklyn and Houston, I currently lead operations for a Texas-based barbecue empire; scaling systems, teams, and culture across distance. My work is rooted in building strong foundations that allow brands to grow with intention. I’m now looking to bring that experience into my next chapter, closer to home.
